Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents to residential and commercial addresses in Cleveland and the greater Ohio area.
- Inspect the delivery vehicle prior to the start of the route to ensure mechanical safety.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive unboxing experience and accurate proof of delivery.
- Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle condition.
- Handle cash transactions and provide change when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and route calculations.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
