As a Delivery Driver with SwiftConnect, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our customers receive their packages safely and on time. We offer immediate start dates, weekly pay, and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Safe & Timely Delivery: Transport packages to residential and commercial addresses efficiently and safely.
- Customer Interaction: Provide professional, friendly service to every customer while adhering to delivery protocols.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the delivery vehicle is clean and in optimal working condition.
- Logistics Management: Utilize the mobile app to track routes, update delivery statuses in real-time, and handle proof of delivery.
- Asset Protection: Secure all cargo during transit and report any damaged or missing items immediately to management.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid License: A valid Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Equipment Access: Reliable personal vehicle and a smartphone with data capabilities.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and navigate various terrains and weather conditions.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to read maps and GPS directions accurately.
- Work Ethic: Proven ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
