Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Dallas area.
- Load and unload packages efficiently, ensuring items are handled with care and remain undamaged.
- Verify delivery information and obtain signatures or proof of delivery when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving delivery issues professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and DOT regulations during night operations.
- Complete daily logs, mileage reports, and vehicle inspections accurately.
Qualifications
- A valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate Dallas traffic efficiently.
- Physical ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy for logging deliveries and checking directions.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
