Responsibilities
- Execute timely and accurate delivery of packages and goods to residential and commercial clients.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold company standards for vehicle maintenance.
- Utilize mobile apps to update delivery status and communicate with dispatch in real-time.
- Handle customer interactions with a focus on courtesy, safety, and problem resolution.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and local delivery protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Proficient use of smartphone applications for navigation and tracking.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions and varying hours.
