Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers in a timely manner.
- Obey all traffic laws, speed limits, and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of the vehicle.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers and resolve any delivery issues.
- Utilize handheld delivery devices/apps for navigation and proof of delivery.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Adhere to company policies regarding route planning and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using delivery apps.
- Reliable transportation to the local depot.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
