Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods to designated locations in Milwaukee and surrounding areas.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload packages efficiently, adhering to safety protocols and weight limits.
- Verify delivery details against the manifest and obtain customer signatures when required.
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any delivery issues on the spot.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle conditions.
- Keep the vehicle clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) required; Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred.
- Must have a clean driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic proficiency with mobile technology for navigation and logging.
- Reliable transportation to the designated warehouse or depot.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
