Responsibilities
- Transport packages and documents to designated addresses in Baltimore and surrounding areas safely and efficiently.
- Obtain electronic signatures upon delivery and maintain accurate delivery logs.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve any delivery issues on the spot.
- Organize delivery routes using GPS technology to optimize time and fuel consumption.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Access to a smartphone with a reliable data plan for navigation and app use.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
