Responsibilities
- Safely and timely delivery of packages and documents to residential and commercial addresses within the Raleigh metro area.
- Verifying package contents and obtaining customer signatures to ensure accurate delivery.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe vehicle at all times, adhering to company appearance standards.
- Providing a high level of customer service, including friendly interactions and problem-solving.
- Adhering strictly to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and local regulations.
- Logging mileage and maintaining accurate delivery records in our mobile app.
- Assisting with loading and unloading packages from the delivery vehicle.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle suitable for delivery work, fully insured and registered.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and order management apps.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
