Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Inspect vehicle daily and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, handling packages with care to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and digital records using company-provided handheld devices.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo as needed, including lifting packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages consistently throughout the shift.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for accessing navigation and delivery apps.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Reliable transportation to and from the depot.
