Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of packages and documents to residential and commercial locations.
- Obtain and verify signatures for all deliveries while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Pick up and process packages efficiently using handheld scanners and mobile applications.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service on every stop.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging.
- Physically capable of lifting packages up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
