Responsibilities
- Transport packages and parcels to residential and commercial customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure all items are handled with care.
- Obtain customer signatures and proof of delivery for all orders.
- Assist in loading and unloading the delivery vehicle, including heavy lifting.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents immediately to dispatch.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service at every stop.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Access to a reliable smartphone with a data plan for navigation.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
