Responsibilities
- Efficiently and safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the Jacksonville area.
- Verify delivery details and obtain electronic signatures for proof of delivery.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and handling concerns professionally.
- Update delivery status in the company tracking system in real-time.
- Organize delivery routes to optimize time and fuel efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Reliable smartphone with data connectivity for route management.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
