Responsibilities
- Pick up and transport parcels and documents to designated addresses in the Charlotte metro area.
- Ensure all packages are handled with the highest level of care to prevent damage.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain electronic signatures upon completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times.
- Utilize handheld devices for real-time navigation and proof of delivery updates.
- Resolve delivery issues professionally and escalate complex matters to management.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License required.
- Must possess a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Proficient in using smartphones for navigation and data entry.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
