Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver time-sensitive packages and documents throughout Wichita and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and proof-of-delivery documentation
- Optimize daily routes using GPS technology to ensure maximum efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during package handoffs and address delivery inquiries
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures and package sorting at warehouse facilities
Qualifications
- Valid Kansas driver's license with clean 3-year driving record (no major violations)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience (commercial or delivery preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate in varying weather conditions
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic delivery tracking systems
- Strong time management skills and punctuality in meeting delivery deadlines
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; CDL Class B a plus
- Pass background check and drug screening as per company policy
