Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial clients across the Greater New Orleans area.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
- Handle packages with care, ensuring they are delivered in pristine condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including ringing doorbells and confirming delivery details.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Accurately process and scan delivery paperwork and digital proof of delivery logs.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or serious traffic violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of the New Orleans streets and surrounding parishes.
- Physically capable of lifting packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Proficiency with smartphone technology for GPS navigation and proof of delivery apps.
- Reliable and punctual work history.
