As a key member of our delivery fleet, you will be responsible for ensuring our parcels reach their destinations safely, on time, and in perfect condition. We pride ourselves on our punctuality and the quality of service we provide to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages and documents to residential and commercial addresses throughout the Phoenix metro area.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the assigned delivery vehicle.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, ensuring a positive unboxing experience.
- Verify delivery addresses and collect signatures or proof of delivery (POD) accurately.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Sort and organize packages in the vehicle to optimize delivery routes and efficiency.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and mileage reports.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to navigate efficiently in traffic.
- Basic proficiency with smartphone navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
