Responsibilities
- Transport packages and documents to designated addresses in Washington DC and surrounding areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling packages with care and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Update delivery status logs and submit proof of delivery.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage cash handling and small transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C or CDL preferred).
- Must have a clean driving record with no major violations.
- Reliable personal vehicle or access to a company vehicle.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with GPS systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
