Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial clients within the Las Vegas metro area.
- Adhere to strict delivery time windows to ensure 5-star customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and fuel efficiency of the delivery vehicle.
- Collect payments or obtain digital signatures upon successful delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve any delivery issues with a positive attitude.
- Complete daily route planning and vehicle inspection reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable smartphone with data capabilities for GPS navigation and dispatch updates.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of Las Vegas geography and traffic patterns.
