Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe and timely manner.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company driving policies.
- Inspect delivery vehicles before and after each shift to ensure they are clean and in good working order.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues or questions.
- Utilize handheld delivery devices to scan packages and log delivery status accurately.
- Secure packages properly to prevent damage during transit.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using navigation apps and delivery software.
- Excellent time management skills and punctuality.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
