Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local and regional routes
- Maintain meticulous delivery logs and vehicle inspection reports
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Coordinate efficiently with dispatch team for route optimization
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and minor maintenance
- Represent Pacific Logistics Solutions professionally at all client sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of San Diego metro area geography
- Proficiency in electronic logging systems (ELD)
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexibility for early morning/weekend shifts as needed
- Experience with hazardous materials endorsement a plus
