Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles (Class A or Class B) on assigned routes in California.
- Load and unload cargo accurately and efficiently, ensuring cargo security during transit.
- Verify delivery documents and obtain signatures upon completion of each stop.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Track and report delivery status and any vehicle issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong knowledge of California roadways, traffic laws, and navigation systems.
- Basic math skills for making change and handling paperwork.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable personal vehicle for commuting (if applicable).
