Job Summary
We are seeking energetic individuals to ensure our packages arrive safely and on time across the Baltimore metropolitan area.
Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations in a safe and timely manner.
- Verify recipient identities and obtain necessary signatures for proof of delivery.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS systems to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Process electronic proof of delivery (POD) using mobile applications.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery issues professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer proficiency for logging delivery data.
- Reliable smartphone with data connectivity for route tracking.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
