Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) for local/regional routes
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling protocols
- Maintain detailed trip logs and vehicle inspection reports
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Valid CDL license (Class A or B) with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Florida road networks and regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Flexibility for overnight/weekend shifts
- Tank endorsement preferred (Hazmat a plus)
