Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within Philadelphia metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via our mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes to ensure on-time delivery and maximize fuel efficiency
- Represent SwiftLogistics with professional appearance and courteous customer service
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
