Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods across the Dallas metroplex
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and maintain timely routes
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip to ensure safety compliance
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding route issues
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Sat/Sun) with possible holiday shifts
- Basic knowledge of Dallas area navigation systems
- DOT medical certification
