Responsibilities
- Safely transport goods and packages to designated residential and commercial addresses within Sacramento.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is in excellent working condition.
- Load and unload merchandise carefully to prevent damage.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving delivery issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate logs of delivery times, mileage, and vehicle condition.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate efficiently using GPS systems.
- Physical ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
