Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate Detroit metropolitan routes efficiently
- Load/unload packages with care while verifying delivery accuracy
- Maintain clean vehicles and perform pre/post-trip inspections
- Provide outstanding customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to meet time targets
- Document delivery status and report any issues promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Detroit area streets and traffic patterns
