Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders to residential/commercial locations within Dallas metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication via app
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service at every delivery point
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Strong knowledge of Dallas streets and neighborhoods
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
