Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses across Baltimore City
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Inspect delivery vehicles daily and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations as required
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to operate commercial vehicles (van/small truck)
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds
- Must pass background check and drug screening
