Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and goods to residential and commercial locations within Albuquerque metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and digital tracking updates via company mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions at delivery points
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to meet tight time windows and fuel efficiency targets
- Handle cash transactions and process returns/defective items per company protocol
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety policies
Qualifications
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience (delivery preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate in various weather conditions
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening (mandatory for all hires)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
