Responsibilities
- Timely delivery of packages, food, and merchandise across Miami-Dade County
- Maintain clean and safe vehicle operation with daily inspections
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure on-time deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and pickups
- Accurately document deliveries and handle payment transactions
- Communicate proactively with dispatch team about route challenges
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and communication
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak demand
- Basic knowledge of Miami geography and traffic patterns
