Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food items to customers across Albuquerque metropolitan area
- Optimize daily routes using GPS technology for maximum efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Inspect vehicles daily for safety and cleanliness
- Communicate delivery status updates via mobile app
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with inventory management when at warehouse
Qualifications
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Albuquerque streets and neighborhoods
- Smartphone proficiency for route navigation and communication
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle maintenance
