Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within Baltimore metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records using mobile scanning technology
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely service
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures at warehouse locations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Baltimore streets and navigation systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
