Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders across Tucson metropolitan area using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and GPS tracking for real-time route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and handle payment processing
- Perform daily vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Coordinate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions and customer inquiries
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs/delivery points
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and communication
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order verification
- Reliable transportation to/from depot (company vehicles provided for deliveries)
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
