Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport packages, food, or medical supplies across Minneapolis metro
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during package handoffs and route interactions
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adapt to dynamic delivery schedules using real-time GPS navigation tools
- Uphold strict safety protocols and compliance with local/state transportation regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions efficiently
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong familiarity with Minneapolis/St. Paul streets and navigation apps
- Reliable smartphone with data connectivity for dispatch communications
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening (mandatory)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic math skills for handling cash tips and delivery confirmations
- Must live within 15 miles of downtown Minneapolis
