Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers across Cleveland and surrounding areas
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely arrivals
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-maintained delivery vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and resolve any issues professionally
- Accurately process payments and manage delivery documentation
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and customers regarding delivery status
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable vehicle with valid insurance (or willingness to use company vehicle)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in all weather conditions (heat, rain, snow)
- No prior delivery experience required—training provided!
