Responsibilities
- Safely transport time-sensitive packages, documents, and medical supplies using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and proof-of-delivery documentation
- Adapt routes in real-time using GPS navigation to meet tight deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team for optimal route efficiency
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean 3-year driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Mesa and Greater Phoenix area
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation apps
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends/holidays
