Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles on weekend routes across Virginia
- Execute pre/post-trip inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient delivery scheduling
- Handle secure cargo loading/unloading procedures
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery records
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (Virginia preferred)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in 3 years
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Virginia roadways and regulations
- Strong communication and time management skills
