Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local/regional freight transport
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and route planning
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and minor maintenance checks
- Maintain clean driving record and compliance with DOT requirements
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route execution
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible schedules
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Familiarity with hazmat tanker endorsements preferred
- Strong navigation skills and GPS proficiency
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
