Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for multi-state deliveries during night hours
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintenance documentation
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage time-sensitive deliveries with precision and efficiency
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for route optimization and real-time updates
- Load/unload cargo using appropriate equipment and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety compliance
- Pass federal background check and random drug screening
- Physical capability to lift 50+ pounds and operate loading equipment
- Proficient with GPS navigation and electronic logging devices
