Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailers for regional routes across Virginia/North Carolina
- Ensure safe, timely delivery of freight while maintaining DOT compliance
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization and load planning
- Represent company with professional customer service at delivery points
- Maintain clean driving record and adhere to safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean MVR (3+ years experience)
- 1+ years recent tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong route knowledge for Virginia/North Carolina
- Flexibility for early morning start times
