Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local/regional routes (no overnight stays)
- Load/unload freight using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery points
- Utilize GPS navigation for efficient route planning
- Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery status and delays
- Maintain clean driving record and vehicle appearance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Arizona roadways and border crossings
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Flexibility to start immediately upon offer
