Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods and materials
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage delivery schedules with punctuality and precision
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance and report mechanical issues
- Assist with loading/unloading cargo when required
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and logbook procedures
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Physical ability to handle cargo and outdoor work conditions
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
