Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, refrigerated, flatbed) across Texas routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient load management
- Deliver freight on time while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Manage documentation (BOLs, permits, manifests) with precision
- Participate in ongoing safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Familiarity with Texas roadways and border crossing procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Required: TWIC card for border crossings
