Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for local/regional deliveries
- Maintain precise delivery schedules while adhering to DOT regulations
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections and documentation
- Coordinate warehouse team for efficient loading/unloading
- Utilize GPS routing systems for optimal navigation
- Implement safety protocols and defensive driving techniques
- Communicate with dispatch team regarding delivery status
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Knowledge of Houston metro area roadways
- Pass background check and drug screening
- DOT medical certification required
- Strong communication and time-management skills
