Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations throughout Indianapolis
- Load/unload packages with care and verify delivery accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized delivery vehicle
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Use GPS technology to optimize delivery routes
- Complete delivery paperwork and update tracking systems in real-time
- Communicate delivery status to dispatch team promptly
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle (year 2010 or newer) with valid insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
