Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles on local/regional routes within Tennessee
- Load/unload cargo with precision and adhere to safety protocolsMaintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging compliance
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes for efficiency while meeting delivery deadlines
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time coordination
- Uphold company safety standards and DOT regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Tennessee roadways and regulations
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to submit to background check and MVR review
