Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A or B) in a safe and efficient manner across California and beyond.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and cargo safety.
- Load and unload cargo accurately, adhering to weight limits and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and comply with FMCSA regulations and DOT requirements.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any delays.
- Uphold our high standards of customer service and safety culture at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or B with the required endorsements (Hazmat/Tanker preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience in the last 3 years.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
