Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, refrigerated, or flatbed) in the Greater Boston area
- Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain accurate trip documentation
- Inspect vehicles before/during routes and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient load planning and delivery timing
- Provide exceptional customer service during warehouse/client interactions
- Maintain clean driving record and compliance with safety protocols
- Assist with unloading when required (no physical lifting over 50 lbs)
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license with clean MVR (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Boston metro area navigation and traffic patterns
- Basic understanding of electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Flexible schedule availability (early mornings, weekends as needed)
- Must be 21+ years old with proof of citizenship/authorization
