Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers for weekend delivery routes across Georgia and Florida
- Maintain DOT compliance through meticulous pre/post-trip inspections and electronic logging
- Optimize delivery schedules using GPS navigation systems while ensuring on-time performance
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient cargo loading/unloading and route adjustments
- Document all transportation activities using digital systems and maintain accurate delivery records
- Represent our company professionally through exceptional customer service at all delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with hazmat endorsement preferred
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR or regional driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and random drug screening requirements
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS navigation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills for client and team interactions
